Train Like a Warrior.
ATD was created for athletes who love sports and want to improve their performance. We work on overall fitness, strength training and fundamental skill-building. We believe that training should be fun but not always easy. We also know that building character is more important than winning but we don't think winning is such a bad thing either. Our scheduled sessions are listed below:
Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays: 4:15PM
We offer Year-Round Training Programs as well as Pre-Season Skill Building Camps for athletes of all ages. We also hold skills camps and nutritional guidance. We can come to you and train you like an elite athlete. We work with many different sports teams and schools. Allow us to help you get your group in the best shape for their sport. Warriorz has worked with clients such as Lance Briggs of the Chicago Bears. We help run training for Lance Briggs Nor Cal All Star Camp and design the camps obstacle course. Individual and custom group programs are available. Please call for details.
